Phenomenal and superb balloon styling & execution! I worked with Poptastic parties for a birthday event. Being an event planner and coordinator myself it is important that all vendors hired by the host respond well and be on time for the event setup in order for the event to run smoothly & that is exactly what they delivered. Karlie and her team were sharp on time that we had discussed few days before the event and were already prepared well for the setup. The full team was organized and knew exactly what needs to be done. What I appreciated the most was that at the time of setup, they were open to showing us few options for arrangement, where it would look ideal which helped accomplish the vision. Throughout the full setup they smiled and enjoyed doing every part of it. Also they were on time for pickup and were wrapped up in few minutes. I just loved how perfectly they executed everything and the full setup turned out outstanding. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. Can’t wait to work with this amazing team again. Poptastic balloons give your party that extra pop. They are great for pictures. The prices are very reasonable. I used them for 2 events . One was the full arc set up and the 2nd one was a grab and go. Also, the owner and very sweet, responsive and professional.

We absolutely loved using Poptastic Parties for our baby shower! Karlie was communicative and made sure our needs and vision was met perfectly. The only negative was having to leave our beautiful arch when we were done as we couldn’t fit it in our car. It added a beautiful backdrop for photos with family and friends, and brought a fun vibe that everyone enjoyed and was impressed by! Karlie is a parent of one of our students and we are so lucky to have her! She has put together beautiful balloon displays to welcome students back to school on the first day and many other events such as our ice cream social, Halloween, and fun run. Karlie is amazing. Her balloon garlands are beautiful! I hired her to set up balloons for my best friend’s bridal shower and for my son’s 2nd birthday party. Both times she was punctual, extremely efficient and friendly. People loved the balloons and they really brought the decor to another level. I’m all about outsourcing when hosting parties and Karlie was a big help. I highly recommend Poptastic Parties!!

Karlie is AMAZING! She really helped me bring my vision to life while planning my sisters baby shower. She is so easy to work with and the quality of work she provides is top notch. Super easy to coordinate details with also. When she came to set up, she put everything together so quickly and was even entertaining my 8 month old in the process. Karlie was wonderful did an amazing job at my daughters baby shower ! She communicated well and answered any questions I had right away . Her decorations looked wonderful !
