Karlie is very easy to get in touch with and makes your balloon dreams come true! The ones we ordered for my daughters birthday far exceeded my expectations. Her customer service is undeniably amazing. I was supposed to pick my order up from her after my kids went to bed. Unfortunately an hour before I was expected to pick them up, we had a family emergency. Karlie went above and beyond and came to deliver them herself at 9:30pm to make sure I had them for my daughters birthday the following morning. If you have any balloon needs, Karlie is your girl! I promise you won’t be disappointed.

And Karlie was so nice to bring it to setup and give us a few extra minutes for photos before she tore down. I would absolutely call her again for all my balloon needs!
